Founded on a passion for the Western lifestyle and the rugged spirit of the mountains, Cowboys and Angels began as a dream to bring a curated selection of quality Western wear to the Tehachapi community. Owner Joanne Nicks envisioned a boutique where traditional Western character meets contemporary style, offering everything from classic leather boots and hats to modern apparel and home décor that reflects the soul of the region.

The boutique has grown significantly since its early days, recently reaching a major milestone with its relocation to South Green Street in the heart of downtown Tehachapi. This move to the downtown core has allowed the shop to become more than just a retail destination; it’s a central hub for locals and visitors alike who appreciate the "Country Living" aesthetic. Our growth is a direct result of the incredible support from our neighbors and our deep-seated roots in this town.
